The Pauline Gandel Children’s Museum opened in December 2016 and it has been a seething mass of kids and prams ever since. Learning through play. Come along and hear Alex Price talk about the development of the exhibition. The consultation process included Early Childhood experts and educators, as well as junior museum consultants who tested, tried and provided feedback on our ideas.
The State Library of Victoria is currently undergoing one of the biggest redevelopments in its history with young learners a key priority in the Vision 2020 strategic plan. Emma Baker and Sue Graham will share the Library’s experience with audience consultation and co-design and what this looked like when engaging with young learners.
There will be time for refreshments, networking and play.
