An exploration of museum education programs pushing boundaries in order to make a difference.
A joint event for cultural organisations conducted by AMAGA Education Network Victoria (ENVi), AMaGA Victoria and the SPP Humanities and Culture Network.
- Jenny Better from the Jewish Museum and Sherene Hassan from the Islamic Museum will discuss the ground-breaking Museums Together
- Michelle Kiag from the National Trust will talk about the McCrae Cross Cultural Education Experience developed alongside the Bunurong Community.
- Christine Healey from the Incinerator Gallery and teacher Francine Sculli will discuss the Social Justice Art for Teens program
- Bridget Hanna from Museums Victoria will host a 30 minute preview of Melbourne Museum’s new Learning Lab.
The event will be followed by AMaGA ENVi’s Biennial General Meeting at 4.15pm. We hope you can attend.
