This program investigates how contemporary museums respond to ethical concerns that can arise when displaying challenging material.
How do we know when something is off limits? What strategies can curators and educators employ to accommodate the cultural sensitivities of their audiences when developing exhibitions & programs that encompass the body and history of war?
This panel discussion will be led by MUMA’s director Charlotte Day with support from Melbourne Museum.
